If you have been through opposition, through ridicule and slander and have been talked about. If your helmet has a lot of dents in it and if your eyes are still focusing on God's purpose, and if you are still determined that God has called you and not man, we want you on our team.

Luke 6:22, "Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company and shall reproach you and cast out your name as evil for theSon of Man's sake." When God calls us as a member of His Body, some of us can do one task, while others another and together we can obey God more fully than any of us could alone. But as the Body of Christ, we can accomplish more together than we dream possible by ourselves.

God's work involves many different individuals with a variety of gifts and abilities. There are no superstars in this task. Only team members performing their own special roles. We can become useful members of God's team by setting aside our desires to receive glory for what we do. Don't seek the praise that comes from people. It is comparatively worthless. Instead seek approval from God. For it is God that sets the members, everyone of them in the body as it hath pleased Him.
